To register for the PMHA evaluation camp, please complete the online registration form below.
Camp Dates and Age Groups:
Male U15 Prep – Friday, March 22nd to Saturday, March 23rd (Player born in 2010 and 2011)
Male U17 Prep – Friday, April 19th to Sunday, April 21st (Players born in 2007 to 2009)
Male U18 Prep – Friday, April 19th to Sunday, April 21st (Players born in 2007 to 2009)
Female U18 Prep – Friday, March 22nd to Saturday, March 23rd (Players born in 2007 to 2009)
Male and Female – Saturday, May 11th (Players born in 2007 to 2011, split into team categories)

Registration fee will be due upon online registration. Please e-transfer to finance@pilotmoundhockeyacademy.com
Please include the following in the e-transfer memo:
– Player First and Last Name
– Dates of Session Attending
Camp cost is $200 for the two/three day camps, and $100 for one day camps.
* No cost to current PMHA players, registration is still required.
